Locations Available for Individual & Couples Counseling:
Utah, Idaho, or Wyoming
State Legislation requires Mental Health Counselors to be licensed in any state they provide therapeutic services. (Idaho, Utah, or Wyoming.) The home office location is in Providence, Utah. You will be provided directions and an address if you are coming in-person.
*Teleheath Clients must not be actively Suicidal or in Crisis. You will need to seek care locally or through an agency that provides emergency services. As a distance provider We do not have the support staff to handle emergency care or crisis. There is no on-call therapist.
- Future states may be added as legislation in the United States changes. Check out the Counseling Compact that many states are joining.
- Future therapist who join the team may have licenses to practice in additional states.

The Investment of Counseling includes Time, Finacial Resources, and Energy.
To Help cover the Cost of Individual Counseling, Beckylynn Spotten, is contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Select Health.
Fees without Insurance are as follows:
- Intake sessions are $175 and are charged for your first visit or if you are a returning client and it has been 12 months since your last appointment.
- Individual wellness counseling for clients in Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. Online and in office sessions: $140 per 55 minute session.
- There is an additional cost per session if we add in EMDR or other complexity. This is often covered by Insurance for in office visits: $25 per session.
- EFT two person sessions 90 minutes $240 (not billed or covered by insurance)
- Documentation & Extra Collaboration Fees: Any documentation or additional Communication outside of normal therapy scheduling, notes, and sessions starts at $75 per hour (not covered by insurance).
- 24 Hour Late cancelation/No Show fee. Is the full cost of the session.
- Therapy Intensives are 1-3 days online or on location. These are not covered by Insurance. Financing may be available through Mt. America Credit Union, use of HSA/FSA. Call us for a consultation.

The client portal allows current clients to schedule, change, and cancel appointments as well as pay for sessions. All Telehealth and personal information is shared exclusively through this portal.
