We are a group of high-achieving women who understand the challenges of balancing success and well-being. If you feel overwhelmed and stressed, we invite you to join us on a transformative wellness journey through nature-based mindfulness and walking meditations from an eco-psychology perspective.
In our community, we believe that taking care of ourselves includes our mind, body, soul, and earth. Plus, it is essential for maintaining a balanced and harmonious lifestyle. Through the practices of nature based mindfulness and walking meditation, we aim to help you cultivate a sense of calm and inner peace amidst the demands of your daily life.
From the Eco-psychology perspective we understand that being disconnected and dissociated from nature causes harm to our soul and to our earth. Therefore we promote practices that are sustainable on an individual level as well as for our planet. We aim to leave a positive impact wherever we wander.

The Peak Wellness approach focuses on integrating a sustainable healthy lifestyle using specific skills for success such as:
​meditation to train the brain, art to open up stuck emotions,
and nature for calming down overthinking.
This also focuses on balancing relationships, reducing distress from past experiences through EMDR work, providing education on nutrition and supplements, as well as strength based wellness planning.

Our community provides a safe and non-judgmental space where you can share your experiences, seek guidance, and connect with others who understand your struggles and concerns.

Counselors and Psychotherapists often encourage people to use mediation and mindfulness practices to improve mental health. It is a base skill that can improve and speed up the work you do in individual counseling. However, Mindfulness and Meditation can be very difficult to learn alone. There are excellent books and teachers on the subject. Applying the practice may not be something you are inherently interested in.  If your personality resists sitting still for long periods, meditation may sound more like torture than a solution. If so then you will find that nature-based mindfulness and walking meditations will be a much better fit.

​In nature, our brains naturally shift into a more mindful activity pattern with brain scans showing activity areas that are more similar to advanced practitioners of mediation. We don't necessarily need to always hold still to go deep within.  The rhythms and patterns of walking can access on a very mild level the same healing power that is used in EMDR therapy. When we combine these powerful elements into the frame work of eco-psychology, we begin to build awareness and healing of the whole person in relationship to the interconnected ecology of our earth. We are nature, we belong here in this ecosystem, but when we are disconnected from our roots and our being-ness we suffer greatly and so does our planet.

Courses that will be Available in the Community starting 2024!

10 Day Reset:  Do you need to get back in touch with your body, mind, and soul?  This is 10 days of simple steps to take to get back on track.  Each day we will focus on one healthy challenge to build awareness and reset your life. 


The Peak Wellness Plan:  This course will lead you step by step in how to create your own wellness plan. This is a specific plan for your whole life wellness.  We cover all the basics, helping you build awareness into your own journey and walk you through each step to ask questions begin to create personalized solutions. As you go through this plan we encourage comments and sharing of challenges and successes in the group.  We all know that we need to drink more water and eat healthy but doing it constantly is the main challenge. So join us and see what happens when you have group support, encouragement, and accountability, which can improve your daily actions and results.
The Mindful Master Class: If you are interested in all the details of why and how to get the most out of nature-based mindfulness and walking mediation this is the class for you. Lessons are released weekly taking you from knowing nothing about the practice of mediation to having established your own personalize practice that fits into your daily life.  This is class is designed to be a foundational course that can transform how you think and interact with the world's stress and the pressures that can overwhelm the bodies ability to cope.   


Courses and Challenges Under Development...

A Culture of Belonging:  Understanding how your wellbeing is tied to your current culture, your ancestors, your DNA, your lifestyle, and how to improve the world we all live in by knowing and becoming your best self.  

The 90 Day Peak Wellness Challenge:  Join us in making your wellbeing a priority. Designed to be completed in 60 minutes per day. This challenge helps you integrate wellness into your life. It is simple but dedication is needed to complete it.  When you do we will do a spotlight on you in the group and you get a T-Shirt (Cost is $25).

Integrative Health for Mental and Emotional Wellness:  This course provides education and the resources you need to understand and use a variety of supportive options to improve your daily life. The topics range from natural rhythms and cycles (like the sleep/wake cycle) to the principles of nutrition and supplements. It can also help you choose specific providers and specialties for addition resources. 

Understanding your Spiritual Journey:  Understanding world religions, spiritual practices, and how this relates to mental health.
